On Sunday I finally had a chance to make the drive from Montreal to Quebec, and I could not be happier with the photo I captured of the Chute Montmorency. It's a beautiful black and white landscape photo!
The rainbow coming in on the left side of the frame, while faint, cast some beautiful colours in the sky. Combined with the reflection in the water, this is one of my favourite photos of Montreal that I have taken.
What better way to wish our country a happy 151st birthday than with some beautiful photos?

Sunsets by the water on Parc Jean-Drapeau are so peaceful. I love being down there during the summer as the light glistens across the Saint Lawrence River.
