November 26th at the Corona Theatre in Montreal was a pretty special night. The swedish indie rock band The Sounds commanded the stage for 95 minutes with a setlist that won over not only fans, but newcomers like myself as well.

Opening the night were Austin’s My Jerusalem followed the Zipper Club. Each band had something special to offer. My Jerusalem, lead by Jeff Klein had a gritty but fresh rock and roll sound, while Zipper Club had a synth-laced sound that felt like they came straight out of a John Hughes film. Both bands are now on my radar.

f you would like a proper review of the show, I encourage you to read Simon Williams' review over on Montreal Rocks. Along with the article you will also be able to find my photos from the show. However, here is a tease at some of the concert photos I took that night.

As always, it's a pleasure to be a concert photographer in Montreal. We are spoiled with so many great artists that pass through our city. If you or your band are looking for quality live or promotional photos, be sure to give me a call.
